We the Undersigned three of Her Majestys Jus=
tices of the Peace for the County of Halifax. being
called upon to Arbitrate and determine the
Amount of Salvage to be paid by the Owners
or Underwriters of the Cargo of the Brig
"Triumph" wrecked on Sable Island, having
attentively considered the Statements made
by the parties interested - Do Award, that
the Sum of Three hundred pounds Halifax
Currency. be paid to the Commissioners for
Managing the Affairs of the said Island of
Sable, and that the residue or sum of Six
hundred forty [&?]Seven pounds. twelve Shillings
and nine pence, as per statement Annexed
be paid to the Agent of the said Owners or
Underwriters of the said Brig Triumph ~

Given under our hands at Halifax
this Seventeeth day of June 1842.
