Looking West up George Street towards the Old Town Clock across the Grand Parade, Halifax, NS. Building at 82 Granville & South West corner of George Street is T. & E. Kenny, Wholesale Goods. At 90 Granville, North West corner of George Street, W.H. Newman, Watchmaker and Jeweller. Above Mr. Newman's shop was the Provincial Photographic Studio of Daniel J. Smith. Photographed circa 1869.
