Consulate certificate for the Port of Boston issued to Felix Terrio
Nova Scotia vessels routinely entered various American ports, but were required to contact the British Consul for that port. Felix Terrio, master of the Brig Bee of Arichat, NS was certified as complying with the necessary regulations, 16 September 1851.
