To the Honorable the House of Assembly
The petition of Henry G. Farish
Humbly sheweth that your petitioner is a Medical
Practitioner in the Town of Liverpool. County of
Queens, and that during the past year your
petitioner has had many calls to attend upon
and furnish medicines to sick and indigent
Indians, the amount of such services and
medicines rendered your petitioner herewith
annexes amounting in all to twenty eight dollars & 5 cts
_ and your petitioner feeling that your Honorable
House has on former occasions granted similar
renumeration to medical men for services and
medicines humbly prays that he may be
allowed the amount of his Bill
and in duty bound
your petitioner will ever remain &c &c
