The Indians are desirous of obtaining one -- hundred acres of Land including the place of the old Mass House and Burial Ground on the Western side the Shubenaccadie River -- which are included in a tract of Land containing 1900 acres Granted Col.[one]l Hamilton in the year 1763 -- and is now owned and in possession of the Families of the [Ellis's?] -- who have made great improvements thereon and also Erected a Saw and Grist Mill -- this Land is not attainable except by purchase --
The Indians have Eleven hundred acres of Land laid off to them -- about 2 1/2 miles in the Rear of the above place -- which is choice Land for meadow. Corn & Vegetables -- their Names are
