Showing the lands at Franklin Manor bordering the Bay of Fundy. The names on the plan are Joseph F.W. DesBarres, James Glenie, Alexander Blair, Richard Lee, N. Seaman, Dennis McCarron, and John Glenie, Junr. Eventually most of Minudie, Cumberland County, was owned by Amos Seaman, the "Grindstone King," who sold and traded grindstones throughout eastern North America from quarries on these shores.
