March 11, 1918

Sir Robert Borden cabled to the Prime Minister of Australia and to the Prime Minister of New Zealand the thanks of the Canadian Government for gifts made for the Relief of Halifax.
Australia gave 50,000 pounds sterling, and New Zealand 10,000 pounds sterling.

Two men on trial before Stipendiary McLeod charged with theft of coal intended for the Relief Reconstruction boarding house.

Notice in press. Doctor wanted immediately, as house surgeon for Emergency Hospital.
