Investigation of Collision continued. C. J. Burchell presented argument for "IMO", contending "MONT BLANC" went to port, attempted to cross bows of "IMO", thus causing the collision. Good, clear outline of argument in 'Chronicle'.

Agricultural Exhibition at Turk's Island, January 24th. Proceeds of refreshment department to be given to Fund in Aid of Children who lost sight in Halifax Disaster.

Admiral Story to be transferred from Esquimault to Halifax.

Board of Trade Council Meeting. Report urged Dominion Government to admit responsibility for all loss and damage to Halifax and Dartmouth. Recommended Harbor-Master to be provided with suitable patrol boat. Telegram to Premier Borden asking for investigation of Tuesday's fire.

Tuesday's Fire. Letter from Captain Pasco stating precautions taken against fire at shed 2324, also report of Fire Chief regarding fire protection for said shed. Letter from City Clerk to Naval Service Department re fire.
