Collision investigation continued. Letters to Captain Martin from Captain Wyatt could not be found in Captain Martin's files. Lieutenant Adams of the guard ship testified "IMO" had permission to sail on the 5th of December. Captain Wyatt superseded. Captain R. A. Barber appointed "C. X. O."

E. Fred Pearson and Ralph Bell praised by Winnipeg Free Press for conduct of Relief Fund, $85,011.00 had been forwarded by readers of the Winnipeg Free Press.

Victorian Order of Nurses held Annual Meeting. Thirty-four of maternity cases in the city for the year handled by V.O.N.
