Collision investigation continued. Evidence produced to show pilots had not observed order to report to the Chief Examining Officer.

Willard C. Cope gave evidence as to explosives in "MONT BLANC". 'Memo'. 225 tons T. N. T., 2,300 tons picric acid moist and dry and 61 tons guncotton.

Letter signed "Soother" recommending that inflammable materials be not carrier on munition ships.
