Forty buildings to accommodate 320 families completed on the Provincial Exhibition Race Track. Work begun 32 days ago.

Government to appoint Commission to investigate Halifax Pilot system.

Collision investigation continued. Evidence given by Commander Wyatt's assistant regarding ships passing on Wednesday. Evidence regarding the loading of the 'MONT BLANC'.

F. L. Falk, third member of Halifax Relief Commission, arrived on Thursday the 24th. Addressed meeting of Commission and Clergy at Board of Trade rooms.

Letter signed "One Interested" recommending changes in method of notification of ships.

Executive of Dartmouth Relief Committee notified to give up Greenvale School. Otherwise School Board will take legal action.
