President of Board of Trade; address-- Stated Victory Loan for Province amounted to more than $ 19,500,000.

Investigation of Collision. Harbor Master Rudolf stated no special regulations for control of vessels laden with explosives.

Mr. Rogers and Judge Wallace addressed meeting of Board of Trade.

Relief Committee advertises that orders have been given for clothing sufficient for 18,000 individuals and no further orders will be issues until after the 28th of January.

Rotary Club recommends transfer of military and naval departments to MacNabs Island.

School Commission demands Oxford School building, which has been used as infections diseases hospital.

List of unidentified dead published.
