Therefore resolved, that a committee of two members be appointed by this Club to approach the proper officials of the said insurance companies with a request that they agree to have a case stated by consent with the Attorney-General's Department, wherein all the questions now arising may be placed before the Supreme Court and fully argued with a view to expeditiously settling the questions which have arisen;
Further Resolved that this Club recommends that any payments made by the said insurance companies be repaid to the said companies in the event of a policy of general reparation to property owners being hereafter adopted,
