D. Archibald MacMechan
Halifax, NS

Dear Sir,

As [data] for the Disaster Record Office, I wish to give my name as one who did voluntary work at Camp Hill Military Hospital work on Dec 8thm 9th, & 10th Nothing of interest came under my charge in that work, apart from the wounds and burns of the injured. I may, however, mention one boy by name of Small, whom I found with evidence of abdominal injury, had him removed to the V.G.H. for immediate operation, which revealed rupture of several coils of his intestines. The boy died the following day. He had no other injuries.

Respectfully yours,
J. C. Morrison, M.D.
