Dear Mr. Rogers

I hope that you can see your way to letting me have the remaining portion of the [parchment?] for writing writing the history namely the 300#.
Expenses have now so [illegible] outstripped my old pre-war income, that I am looking about for all [illegible] [illegible].
I am in communication with Mr. Sexton in [illegible] to [data?] for writing [of?] a section on the work of the Canadian Red Cross.
