HALIFAX NEEDS ASSISTANCE
In spite of the strenuous work which has been done by the Animal Relief Committee in Halifax, there is still much to be accomplished in the way of caring for animals made shelterless through the recent disaster that befell that city. The illuminating article on stricken Halifax, appearing in this Magazine should be read to grasp the full importance of this relief work. Any one desiring to assist in the work necessary to put the barns in condition and to purchase food for the animals until their owners can provide it, may do so by sending their check to the Civilian Department of the Red Star.
