At present we have fifty six (56) Members, (including ten (10) from St. John, N. B.) at the Camp Hill Hospital, and fifty eight (58) at fourteen (14) other Hospitals. Those remaining have been called back to Office Work, are injured or otherwise unable to assist.

This is a very lengthy report and perhaps not clear, please accept it as an effort to explain our messages and to inform you of the courage and endurance of our Division.

I trust I have not caused you too much inconvenience and thank you very much for your kind offer. One telegram only has been received from you and that several days after the date of sending.

We are confident of your hearty co-operation in every respect and assure you that we will do all within our power to uphold the reputation of the Order of St. John.

Yours Sincerely,

Clara H. Macintosh

Lady Divisional Supt.,
St. John Ambulance Brigade.
Halifax Central Nursing District No 17.
