On the adjournment of the meeting the Committee met and the following were appointed to the Committee to conferrastto the character of the Commission and the scope of its powers and duties, namely:--

Messers. F. H. Bell, F. B. McCurdy, H. R. Silver, R. G. Beaxley, G. W. Hensley, W. R. Powell, and G. Fred. Pearson; that Committee to report at the meeting to be held in the Hoard of Trade Rooms on the 28th of December, 1917, at eight o'clock P.M.
