MEMO OF ACTIVITY**HALIFAX EXPLOSION.

December 6th 1917--proceeded to city on dutyboat from Hugonin Battery immediately after explosion--. Spent best part of the day commandeering transport etc. and aiding in erection of tents on Commons. Reported to Headquarters and returned to Battery same night.
Proceeded to the city few days later for special duty at Citadel. Part of time occupied by work with Relief Committee at St. Andrew's Church. Identified, arranged burial, etc. of Gr. D. Sullivan--No. E. Co.
