To Adjutant 1st Regt. C.G.A. Citadel.
Sir: I beg to report the following relief work done by me since Dec. 6th. 1917.
December 13th, 14th, 15th, 1917. Assisted in getting information concerning the losses sustained by the men of the regiment, also in search for missing relatives of the men.
December 18th, 19th, 20th, 1917. Visited hmes of men of the regiment, who reside in the city, in order to ascertain the extent of the damage done by the explosion and what would be required for temporary repairs. Also made arrangements with Reconstruction Committee for supplying materials for relief work on the homes of men of the regiment.
December 21st. 1917. Started the work of making temporary repairs with the following relief party--
