stenographers, and a hundred more visitors. Need of expert from United States. Mr. J. H. Winfield was called in to assist, because D. M. was not "catching up' to the thing". There had been much dis-satisfaction and criticism. There was no quarrel. Mr. D. M. considered Winfield to be superior to him in organizing ability.
