when she was brought to Mrs. Bell's shelter. On Monday Dec. 10, Jame's brother, Rupert James, came from Mahone Bay to try to locate James. He found Jame's body Thursday Dec.13 at Chebucto Morgue.

Mrs. James is now penniless and homeless. Her father lives in Newfoundland, and she supposes that she will go to him when she is able to travel - but she has not yet heard from him.

N.B> When Mrs. James got out from the wreckage, she observed that the whole hill-side was blazing.

Psychology

Believes she has been 'spared'. "Almighty God must have spared me for some special thing." Religion R.C., St Joseph's.
