Memorialist has a license of occupation from the Board of Agents, for two small islands near the falls of the Roseway River. Owns land on the west side of the river, where he has erected a grist mill, which "would be rendered useless without the possession of the said island as they constitute one side of the mill dam. Prays for a grant of the islands.
