Loyalist from New Jersey, has suffered much during the late war. Has a wife and three children and is endeavoring to settle at Lunenburg; but is unable to do so for want of land, and is handicapped by the loss of a limb. He has not received or recovered losses due him as a Loyalist and knows not how to support his family unless relief be granted him.
