Memorialists have been residents of the Township of Manchester for some time, having come from New England, and have received no land from government. The heirs of the late Wm Atwater likewise resident in the township of Manchester, request a grant of 500 acres of land for a sawmill which he erected.
There is ungranted land in the rear of the lots laid out to the Duke of Manchester's Corps within the limits of New Manchester.
