Crowd at Garrison Grounds, Halifax
Hundreds of Nova Scotians braved the weather to attend the festivities at the Garrison Grounds where Governor-General Michaelle Jean, Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and Premier Darrell Dexter welcomed Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip to Nova Scotia.
