Letter from Sir Richard Graves MacDonnell, Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia, to The Right Honourable Edward Cardwell, MP

Copy - Reporting that Graves MacDonnell has deputed The Rev. Dr. Honeyman to represent Nova Scotia at the Dublin International Exhibition of 1865 and commenting on "the great exertions he has been recently making to get together the materials for a display worthy of this Colony".
