The Oppinion of the Board is, in order to prevent Any greater Difficulity to the Said Master, that he Shall give Security to his Majesty by two Substantiall Inhabitants to be bound with him, to Answer for his good behaviour & that he Shall not Bulk nor go up this Bay with his said Schooner on any Pretence whatever, and then Depart this Port with his said Vessell & Cargoe.
