There was then laid before the Board ye Petition of René Guillot (alias L' Angevine) the Plantiff

Guillot Boudrot & Duron's Difference.

The Petition of Paul Boudrot in behalf of Charles Duron His ffather in Law the Deffendant
|

The Plantiff by his Petition represents & setts forth that the Deffendt Charles Duron his Brother in Law has Disturbed him in the possession of his Inheritance left to his Wife Margaret by her Deceased ffather John Duron, & not only so, but that when gave him a Summons to Appear before the Govr & Council to have their Difference decided he beat him with a Stick &ca as upon file

To prove his right & to Support his Allegations he produced a Declaration made by his ffather in law the said John Duron bearing date the 27th July 1730 before Alexr De Noninville Priest at Piziguet, which the said Priest also testifyes by a Certificate Dated the 22nd July the year not Mentioned, which, Supposing it to be the Same year being five days before the date of the Declaration, Imports therefore a Mistake in Mr Bourg the Transcriber, or in ye Priest the Certifier

And he the Plantiff also laid before the Board a Certificate or Declaration of Charles Boudrot, signifying, that he had heard the said John Duron (the Plantiffs ffather in Law) say that each of his Children were to have an Equall Share of his Estate, Dated the 18th April 1735, & Witnessed by One Berrier; & Likewise four Receipts for his Having paid the Seigniorial Quit Rent for said Land
