the Inhabitants Notice to Come or send to the secretarys Office in order to make out their sev^l Claims for the preventing of future Disputes, and for the forwarding the Improving and Cultivating the Waste Lands in this Province Which the Board Recommends to His Excell^y

Then the Presid.^t Orderd the secretary to Read the Last Paragraph of the Minute of the 9^th of Aug^t last Relating to the ffees of the Province, Which the Board having taken into Consideration they Agreed that they might be the same in this Province as they are in the Province of the Massachusetts Bay in New England if his Excell^ythought proper & approved of the same

Then was Read the Grant prepar'd by the Secretary in favour of Governor Cosby for the Boards Approbation in order that his Excell^ymay Sign and Affix the Province seal to the same, which being Conformable to the Ruff Draught, thereof Read the 9^th Ins^t it was Approv'd of
