These accounts are so complicated that
it is difficult to understand them,
I would prefer their being made out
in the following manner –

The personal estate of the late John Easson
& the late David Easson deceased has
been taken possession of and applied
to the acc of Elizabeth Easson, David
Easson, Thomas Easson & Alexander
Easson, the rents and profits of their
real estate have been taken & applied by
the same persons, they must become
debter to the Heirs for the same; those
persons say they have paid money
debts & for the intestates, and hve
made various permanent improve-
ments as the Estate (as they alledge) if
so, they must have credit for the
same. Let the Accounts [ ] [ ] made
that in [ ] general are 1/11 they are held
debtors for the rent with the
profits of the Mills, value of personal
estate etc and in the same account
take credit for the money paid,
improvements etc etc and if one of
them have paid & advance & [ ]
than another let the settlement of the
same be amongst themselves; if they have
any private Accts with the Heiors, let such
accounts be kept by themselves.
