Sir
          Take Notice That Unless You Remove off the premisses Where You Now
          Live & Wch You Hold By Agreement from Me in Nine Months from The Date
          Hereof I Will proceed against You as The Laws against forceable Entry & Detain
          Direct.
          I am Sir Yr Obedt Servt [your obediant servant]
To
          John Easson
Mr.
          Joseph Teboe
          Annapolis


Instructions for Serving the above Notice
          You Must Sign The Same & at the Same Time file Up the Direction
With the Name of the Person Holding The Possession after Which a Copy Thereof
Must be Made & Either Given To The person Holding the possession or Some of
His family above The age of Sixteen Years Wch must be Done By Some person
Who Can Read & Write & Who is Not Interested in the Premisses Who Must
Make a Memorandum of The Time He Serves The Copy of The Above & On Whom
He Serves The Same That he May if Required Be able To Swear To The Same.
