          Commander in Chief in and over
          His Majestys Province of Nova
          Scotia & its dependencies etc etc etc
          Licence is hereby Granted unto David Eason
          (during pleasure) to Cutt and Fell Timber
          for Exportation in any part of the Ungrant-
          ed Lands in the County of Annapolis, ex-
          cepting such Pine Trees as are reserved by
          Acts of Parliament for the use of His
          Majestys Navy.
          Given under my hand & Seal at Halifax
          This Twenty Second day of December 1780
