Agreement, David Easson, Annapolis Royal, and Michael Francklin, Windsor

David Easson, millwright, to supply Francklin with up to 20,000 board feet of hemlock, pine and spruce boards and planks, delivered to the King's Wharf at Annapolis Royal by 30 June 1781. after the Delivery. And said Eason does
hereby Acknowledge to have received of said
Mr Francklin two pounds Six shillings and
eight pence as earnest money and in part
payment of sd boards and Plank. To the true
performance of the above agreement Each party
bindeth himself to the other in the penal sum
of fifty pounds Halifax Currency to be recovered
by him that fulfilled his agreement from the
one who does not. In witness wherof they
have interchangeably Set their hands and
seals At Halifax this 27th: November one
thousand seven Hundred and eighty
