David Easson, millwright, to supply Francklin with up to 20,000 board feet of hemlock, pine and spruce boards and planks, delivered to the King's Wharf at Annapolis Royal by 30 June 1781.           It is hereby mutually agreed by and
between David Eason Millwright of Annapolis
Royal and Michael Francklin Esqr of
Windsor that the said David Eason
Shall and will supply to the said
Michael Francklin or his order to
be delivered at or on the Kings
Wharfe at Annapolis Royal any time
when demanded between the first
opening of the Spring and the Thirtieth
of June next, a quantity of Hemlock
Pine and Spruce Merchantable
Boards and Plank not exceeding Twenty
thousand feet board Measure at
the following rates. Vizt ———
          For Hemlock Boards and Plank
at ten dollars per thousand feet
Board measure For Pine and spruce
Boards and Plank twelve dollars per
thousand feet Board measure
The Specific Quantity of Boards and Plank
of each sort Mr Francklin is to give
notice of to the Sd [said] Mr Eason on or before
the last of February next.
The said Boards and Plank to be paid
for at Halifax or Windsor in one Month
