To Amount of Allowance for Superintending the Landing & Issuing Provisions at Sackville for the use of the American Refugee Negroes located on Lands at Hammonds Plains, from the 23rd November 1816 to this date inclusive, being [65?] Days @ 17[?] P Diem, A party of Eight Men Employed on the above mentioned Service, 6 Days each, @ 11 per Diem.
