Containing fifty acres more of less situate as represented in the above plan No II and also the farm lott No 28 in the [Land?] Division of farm lotts in Preston containing one hundred acres more or less situate as represented in the plan No III, being the three lotts tinged with red in the above and adjoining plans [more?] originaly -- laid out to Robt Lamont
