The committee of his Majesty's Council appointed to examine Mr. Collector Jeffery's Accounts from providing for the Refugee Blacks during the Quarter ending the 25th of October last. Have had the same before them, and upon investigation do find vouchers for all the Charges in the Abstract thereof produced, Amounting to One Thousand five hundred & sixty one pounds thirteen shillings and eleven pence half penny Currency. Equal to One thousand four hundred & five pounds ten shillings and sixpence three farthings sterling which they find Correct.

In Council 16 November 1815. The Report of the Committee was Read and approved of and the Council advise His Excellency to draw Bills in favor of the Deputy Collector of the Customs for the sum of £1405.10.6 3/4 Sterling.
