I the Subscriber one of the [illegible]
Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Halifax
Do certify that on this 20 day of October
1818 Mrs Rebecca Hughes wife of Edward
Hughes personally came before me and
being duly examined seperate and apart
from her said Husband did acknowledge
and declare that she had freely voluntarily
and uncompelled by her said husband
signed sealed and executed the foregoing
deed and had [illegible] and thereby reached
released and relinquished all her right
title and interest in to and upon the said
[decided?] land and premises [hour?] said
[low?] the King his heirs and successors forever.
