and every part thereof to our said Lord the King his heirs and Successors freely clearly and absolutely acquitted and discharged from all claims demands Interest and Title Whatsoever of me the said Edward Hughes or any person claiming or deriving Title or Interest to the same or any part thereof under me forever and Rebecca Hughes wife of the said Edward Hughes doth for herself by these presents remise[?] release and relinquish to our said Lord the King all right title Interest and claim of [illegible] which she hath or can have in to or upon the said land and every part and parcel thereof his heirs and Successors forever [illegible] whereof we have herewith set over hands [word?] this 9 day of October in the Year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred [eighteen?] Edward Hughes
