Countrys as desired them. If the Register labours under any difficulty with the deputies let him remove those who are not trustworthy and appoint others as many are to be found of integrity uprightness and capacity to do that Duty and we cannot suppose when our Gracious Sovereign appointed a Register with such ample provision for his support that he intended his people should be put to such distress by him. These are a few only of many inconveniences which may be assigned.
We apply to your Honour in this matter of such importance to us as the Representative of our Gracious King fully trusting that we shall be favourably heard and that You will be pleased to take Measures that so great a Grievance as we are threatened with may not take place.
And Your Memorialists as in duty bound will pray
