Albion Mines Parish (Anglican), later Stellarton Parish, was established in 1852 when it was separated from Pictou Parish. Christ Church, Stellarton, (consecrated 1852) was the parish church.
Fonds consists of baptismal registers, 1851-1975; marriage registers, 1852-1942; burial registers, 1852-1975; and confirmation registers, 1879-1973. Besides Stellarton, includes registrations for inhabitants of surrounding communities, including Albion Mines (Stellarton), Green Hill, Hopewell, McLellans Brook, McLellans Mountain, Middle River, New Glasgow, Thorburn, Wentworth Grant, and Westville.
