Petition to Nepean: Petitioner emigrated from Scotland to Pictou nine years before. After six years in Pictou he removed to Cape Breton. He has lived at the coal mines the past two years where he works at his trade of blacksmith. He purchased a lot at Broad Cove, and asks a lease of a lot at Point Edward.
