Petition to Kempt: Donald McDonald is a native of Scotland, age 37, married, and has six children. He purchased lot 2, second range, west side of River Inhabitants, from John Cameron, who held a crown lease. Duncan Cameron, age 28, was born in Ireland, is married and has two children. He also purchased part of John Cameron's land. Adam McPherson, age 39, a native of Scotland, is married and has four children. He has 200 acres of the Cameron land and 200 acres adjoining. David McPherson, a native of Scotland, age 36, is married and has four children. He asks land adjoining that of the last petitioner, which land he holds by the will of his father, Alexander McPherson. Also a lot near this formerly licenced to Hugh Miller, and by him sold to petitioner's father. Approved. Donald X McDonald, Duncan Cameron, Adam McPherson, and David McPherson.
