Petition to Kempt: Petitioner is a native of Lochaber, Inverness, age 45, is married and has five children. He served in the Lochaber or Lochiel's Fencibles, chiefly in Ireland under Lieut. Col. Donald Cameron. He asks a ticket for a lot on the south side of the road from River Denys to Judique, about seven miles from the shore of Judique. As a soldier, he asks a free grant. Note: approved.
