Petition to Ainslie: Petition of March: Petitioner, age 21, was born in Argyleshire, Scotland, has lived with his father on the River Inhabitants for twelve years. He asks a lot on the west side of the River in the rear of John McDonald. Petition of July: Petitioner states that he is 22 years old, has lived thirteen years in Cape Breton. He asks to relinquish the land on the west side of the river and to receive in lieu a lot on the east side of the rear of John Sands. Note: granted. Name, "Sunart".
