Petition to Ainslie: Petitioner emigrated from Scotland to Pictou, N.S. twelve years ago, and now wishes to move to Cape Breton. He asks the Island of Scattaree where he plans to carry on sheep farming as it is carried on in his native country. Note: Granted on certain conditions to be inserted in the lease.
