Petition to Ainslie: Petitioner, age 46, is a native of Scotland. He came from Pictou, N.S. twelve years ago, and now wishes to move to Cape Breton. He is married and has one son. He asks a lot on McPherson's Brook at the Head of the N.W. Arm, Bras d'Or Lake. Note: To be called "Lochiel Head." Granted.
