Uncut Loop Fringe - fig. 681
A heading of 1-1/4" is woven and then cardboard twice the length of desired fringe is inserted. The body is then woven. When the article is off loom, the heading is folded back to create a selvedge with fringe. From "Key to Weaving" page 590, figure 681.
