904. Miles White to his parents, in receipt of letter. "The fruit you could not send to a worse market the Pears sold for 40/ and two barrels of Apples for 20/ each to Donaldson…three Bbls now remains which I cannot procure 5/ for if not sold before McCarty sails I believe must go with him, our Market is glutted with Apples and West India fruits every vessel from the states is partly loaded and a vessel is now arrived from Quebec laden with Apples."
